Retrofit Coal Development

IPA Energy + Water Economics investigated the relative competitiveness of retrofitting an existing subcritical coal station with supercritical technology. The work considered the importance to the client of developing a supercritical coal option by comparing their commodity price risk profile to that of their major competitors and included an assessment of the expected future economics under three different scenarios.
