Our Experience

IPA’s Water & Waste experience is considerable and covers the full spectrum of sector reform, regulation and restructuring. We have experience of providing support on company commercialisation, industry regulation (including water quality), institutional development, market analysis and forecasting sector development. In addition, we frequently work with water engineers to help create investment master plans and enhance utility operational effectiveness and with water resource specialists to develop resource management policies and coordination plans.
