Supply of Natural Gas for Power Generation

IPA Energy + Water Economics is advising Enemalta on their plans to refuel their Delimara plant with natural gas. IPA Energy + Water Economics’ role is to advise Enemalta on the legal and financial aspects of importing gas by LNG, CNG or pipeline. IPA Energy + Water Economics analysed bids from CNG and LNG suppliers and are currently examining options for gas supply under varying scenarios of HVDC cable interconnection.
