Bilabri Field Development Planning

IPA Energy + Water Economics are currently engaged by a local independent to lead a field development plan for two fields in the deep offshore of the Gulf of Guinea. IPA is leading the economic appraisal, commercial evaluation and project structuring. PGL Senergy are providing production forecasting and reservoir engineering support. the fields will be developed for export to a floating LNG vessel and ultimately to a leading industrial consumer in Japan.
